Habit : To be an Early Bird

One habit I would like to create immediately is to wake up at 5.00AM in the morning. I attempted to create this habit many times but could not succeed. May be I was not serious about it.
The reason I would like to wake up early in the morning is to see the sunrise everyday (hmm.. what a pleasant sight) and feel the cool breeze of the morning. This habit gives me enough time to plan my day and helps me to be happy and focussed.
Recently I have learnt from a personality development book that it takes 21 days to create a habit or get rid of a bad habit. Let me work for 21 days to prove that the author of the book is indeed right :)

yaar it impossible to get ride of a habit with in 21 days.,,
ReplyDeleteWhat I found was, it is very difficult to create a habit especially waking up early.
ReplyDeleteI have given up after trying 5 days. :P
